Why this page exists

A recommendation is worth less if you cannot tell whether it was paid for. This page sets out how this website operates and when we might be compensated for a referral, so you can weigh our advice accordingly.

How this site works

reddeerwebdesign.ca is the website of Red Deer Web Design. When you submit the estimate form or call the number on this site, your request comes to us. It is not sold on as a lead and it is not distributed to a panel of bidders.

Web design, branding, SEO and online marketing work is performed by our own team. Where a project needs a specialist we do not have in-house — photography or video, for example — we will say so and tell you who would be doing it before anything is scheduled.

What this means for you

• ▪You will know who is doing the work. Ask, and we will tell you before the project starts.
• ▪Your written estimate is the price. Whatever arrangement exists behind the scenes, the accepted estimate is what you pay.
• ▪You are free to compare. Getting a second quote on a website project is reasonable, and we will not push you away from doing it.
• ▪If we ever receive compensation for sending you elsewhere, we will tell you at the time, not afterwards.

Advertising and measurement

This site may appear in paid search results or other advertising. We run a call and form tracking service on it so we can tell which marketing produces enquiries, which means the phone number on a page may be a tracking number that forwards to our real line. That is measurement — it does not change what you are quoted, who handles your project, or how we handle your enquiry. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what it collects. We run no advertising or remarketing pixels.
