What We Look For

  • Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing web design properly, not just quickly.
  • Straight talk with clients. You will be explaining what you found and why it matters to an owner who does not work in this industry. Plain language beats jargon.
  • Reliability. Doing what you said by when you said it matters more here than any single line on a resume.
  • Respect for the client's business. You are working on the thing their customers judge them by. Leave it better than you found it, and say so plainly when something is not ready.
  • Honest measurement. We report what actually happened, including when a campaign underperforms. Nobody here is asked to dress up a number.

Experience in web design, content or search marketing helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the experience, say so — we do train.
