What we aim for

We build this website and our client work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is a target we design against, not a certification we hold — no automated tool or single audit can prove a site is fully conformant, and we would rather say so than display a badge.

What that means in practice

On this website, that includes:

• ▪Text and background colours checked for contrast, including on the gradient sections and buttons
• ▪A layout that works down to small phone screens without horizontal scrolling
• ▪Real headings in a logical order, so screen readers and keyboard users can navigate by structure
• ▪Keyboard-operable navigation, menus and forms, with a visible focus outline
• ▪Form fields with visible labels rather than placeholder text alone
• ▪Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• ▪Reduced-motion support, so the scrolling banner stops for anyone who has asked their system to limit animation

Known limitations

The estimate and contact forms, and the call and form tracking service described in our privacy policy, are third-party services whose code we do not control. Where we show screenshots of client websites, we describe each one in its alternative text, but we cannot make text inside a screenshot readable by a screen reader.

If any part of this website is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it — it is a bug and we will treat it as one. It helps if you can include:

Getting help another way

You never have to use this website to work with us. Call us and a person will talk through your question, take the details of your project and read back anything you need from the site. If you need information from this website in another format, ask and we will send it to you directly.
